"We finished our kitchen renovation a few months ago. In our whole experience with this, there was only one contractor we were completely happy with, and it was Richstone. After having some issues with the countertop company our GC wanted to use, we decided to try finding our own and went to Richstone, just based on reviews.
The first thing that I liked was that the rep in the store - ours was Tina - was actually helpful - helpful in suggesting colors, helpful in providing all kinds of information that no one had provided us with before. It took us months to decide on the stone for the countertop, and she was ever patient and responsive. When we finally chose one, it turned out to be really hard to get - and yet, Richstone managed to get it relatively quickly and way faster than the contractor we'd originally been with had told us it would take.
Before the install, we got a proof showing exactly how it would look on the counter (and it did end up looking exactly like the proof).
The measurement process was painless, quick, and accurate. Installation was way better than we had even hoped for - they were fast, neat, and the finished product was absolutely perfect. It is the one installation in the whole kitchen that actually went according to plan.
So they came when they were supposed to, they did the job they were supposed to do, they did it right, and we love the countertops. Moreover, I felt like Richstone guided us through the process and Tina did a lot of hand-holding that I needed, because honestly all of this is pretty confusing and intimidating for a first-timer. Wish we'd found this company first - could have saved myself a lot of time and stress."
